Studio 3 Live presenter Ceri Wrobel said it was a "coup for 2NVR and a treat for listeners" to have the talented artist perform live on August 16.
"What a special night for all involved at Studio 3 Live at Nambucca Valley Radio, 2NVR 105.9FM for James Bennett's third album launch of 'This Time Tomorrow'.
"The studio audience lapped it up and messages flowed in from people listening to the live stream in Melbourne, Braidwood, Armidale and locally.
Previously from Port Macquarie, Bennett is a talented singer-songwriter now based in Newcastle. He incorporates different elements and instruments into his performances including Weissenborn Lap Steel, 11 and six string guitars, stomp box, foot tambourine, harmonica and a unique vocal style.
As the August guest for Studio 3 Live, Bennett joins a long list of talented musicians and vocalists to perform at the Tewinga studios for this monthly, free, family-friendly, live show where the community is invited to be the studio audience.
The next Studio 3 Live event will feature Bellingen band, Honey & Knives on September 20 from 6pm to 8pm.
Studio 3 Live at 2NVR 105.9FM broadcasts live to the Nambucca Valley and beyond, it's also picked up by 2ARM FM, Armidale and Radio Braidwood plus streaming live online at www.2nvr.org.au
