A man was arrested at an Argents Hill property on Thursday after police executed a search warrant, locating a large quantity of stolen property including power tools, chainsaws, a brush cutter and a motor cycle.

The man was later charged with numerous offences including break, enter and steal, enter building with intent to commit serious indictable offence, larceny, goods in custody in/on premises suspected stolen or unlawfully obtained, drive whilst disqualified from holding a licence, use unregistered registrable Class A motor vehicle.
The offences relate to break and enters that occurred in February and March in the Missabotti and Bowraville areas.
The accused man is currently bail refused to appear before Coffs Harbour Local Court on April 3.
Domestic assault
Police arrested a man at a Bowraville address on Friday afternoon following investigations related to the domestic assault of a 25-year-old woman at a nearby address earlier the same date.
The man was charged at Macksville Police Station with two counts of common assault and released on bail to appear before Macksville Local Court tomorrow (Thursday).
Drink/drive accident
An accident on the Pacific Hwy, Nambucca Heads o Thursday afternoon saw a south bound vehicle collide with a guard rail.
Police arrested the 61-year-old male driver after returning a positive RBT. The man underwent a breath analysis at Macksville Police Station and returned a high range reading of 0.207.
The accused was issued a licence suspension and court attendance notice to appear before Macksville Local Court tomorrow.
