Macksville Public and Macksville High, Nambucca Heads Public and Nambucca Heads High, and Eungai Public Schools have all been named as recipients of the funding.
Member for Oxley Melinda Pavey said the region's students will benefit from the updated facilities while also utilising the Local Trades Scheme, a new online platform allowing local tradespeople to bid for maintenance work at local schools.
"The NSW Government's Roof Replacement Program is designed for regional communities, improving our schools and supporting local businesses," Ms Pavey said.
"I'm thrilled 31 Oxley schools are included in this program, and also that businesses in our area can also benefit from the investment, helping to stimulate economic growth and support regional communities as we recover from COVID-19."
Minister for Education Sarah Mitchell said the funding will benefit local communities by supporting more than 300 jobs across regional NSW.
"The Roof Replacement Program will benefit hundreds of our regional schools," Ms Mitchell said.
"Schools do not need to apply, the program will be prioritised by the needs of the school and community benefits."
There is no word yet when replacement works will begin.
