Swimmer dies after rescue near Valla Beach
A man has died after he was pulled from the ocean near Valla Beach this afternoon.

Emergency services were called to Main Beach, Nambucca Heads, just before 3pm after reports came through of a person missing in the water.
The man, aged in his 20s, was later discovered and pulled from the ocean near Valla Beach.
Paramedics performed CPR on the man, however he died at the scene.
He is yet to be formally identified.
Officers from Mid North Coast Police District attended and will prepare a report for the information of the Coroner.
