Public concerned by erratic behaviour
Members of the public alerted police to a man behaving erratically in the Nambucca Heads CBD on Monday.
Police located and arrested a 27-year-old man after he allegedly caused damage to a business billboard.
He was charged at Kempsey Police Station and, whilst in custody, allegedly caused damage to a mattress in the cell.
The man was released on bail to appear at Kempsey Local Court on February 24.
