Pop-up police sessions to give Nambucca Valley locals a chance to ask the big questions

Next Wednesday (October 7) our local police district will be bringing their mobile PCYC unit to the Nambucca Valley for four community engagement sessions.

The sessions will happen in the three major towns - Nambucca, Macksville and Bowraville, and also Scotts Head. Anyone with questions about policing issues or activities in the Valley can come along and have a chat.

Police from the Nambucca Valley, Crime Prevention Unit, Proactive Crime Team, and Highway Patrol will be present along with the Aboriginal Community Liaison Officer.

The times and locations of the four pop-up community engagement session are as follows:

  • 9am to 10am - Bowraville Skatepark, Coronation Ave, Bowraville.
  • 10:30am to 12:30pm - PCYC Truck - Macksville Park, Walter Munro Place.
  • 11am to 12noon - Nambucca Plaza Giinagay Way, Nambucca Heads.
  • 1pm to 2pm - Scotts Head Surf Life Saving Club, Scotts Head Reserve.
