The day was a huge success with the largest field in memory competing from 7am and 10.30am time slots.
Winners again of the day were Allan Clarke, TJ and Robo with a brilliant 10 under par 62 gross.
Runners-up were Brian Wood, Todd Riley and R Sorensen.
The day threw up a number of mystery place winners: 10th Ben Mulvihill, Beau Lavender and Steven Lewis, 20th T Robbins, M Simpson and Boney, 29th J Simpson, J Collison and G Collision, 35th T Henshaw, N Searle and P Kinnear, and 40th G Jackson, K Elson and B Searle.
Nearest the pin winners on the 4/13th holes: A Grade Allan Clarke, B Grade J Wilkes and B Lindsay won the C grade.
Other nearest the pins shots: 1st J Pike, 2nd P Laverty, 3rd C Knox, 5th T Bartlett, 6th Robbo, 7th J Pike, 8th Big Phil, 9th G Zirkler, 10th TJ, 11th M Clarke, 12th C Moore and 15th Dale Brunsdon.
The prestigous long drive prizes went to A Grade Troy Grace, B Grade Paul Donges, C Grade R McAuliffe and Big Phil won the non-golfers.
Thanks to Roy and Brian King and the lady bowlers for cooking the barbecue all day and Burto for manning the soft drink stand. Thanks to all who helped out in making the day such a great one for the club. And well done, Allan and Gary, for chasing teams and players.
This Saturday's event will be a single stableford sponsored by Frank Munro of Shiftin Sands.
