About 10.20pm on Friday evening (Aug 7) Licensing Police from the Mid North Coast Police District attended a hotel in the Nambucca Valley to check on the Public Health Act Covid-19 Restrictions and Regulations.
Police said they observed numerous people within a gaming area in breach of the regulations.
After going through CCTV footage from the premises, police confirmed further breaches.
The Licensee will be given Penalty Infringement Notices (PIN) for breaches of the public health direction.
This comes one week after police issued a PIN to the owner of a licensed establishment in Crescent Head. At the time of the inspection, the establishment is reported to have been full, but only nine names had been recorded in the contact register.
Tables and chairs had also not been removed to ensure physical distancing and it was not being observed.
