The Council area is split into 10 individual zones, with one zone to be serviced each week.
Here is a guide to collection zones:
- ZONE 1: Valla, Valla Beach - April 27
- ZONE 2: Hyland Park, Nambucca North - May 4
- ZONE 3: Nambucca Heads - May 11
- ZONE 4: South West Nambucca Heads - May 18
- ZONE 5: North Macksville, Nambucca West - May 25
- ZONE 6: Macksville CBD - June 1
- ZONE 7: Gumma, East Macksville, SW Macksville - June 8
- ZONE 8: Bowraville, Newee Creek, Wirrimbi - June 15
- ZONE 9: Scotts Head, Way Way - June 22
- ZONE 10: Taylors Arm, South Arm, Utungun - June 29

And a reminder to everyone to stack your unwanted goods in a neat pile, with mattresses and metal objects placed separately.
A maximum of three cubic metres is allowable per eligible household. Please place items out for collection on the Sunday prior to your collection date.
Please note unacceptable items will not be collected - these include hazardous materials, building materials, gas cylinders and oil heaters, general household garbage, green waste, glass and mirrors, tyres, car parts and batteries.
Businesses are not eligible for this service.
For those residents in a rural area without a bin service, you can request a self-haul voucher to dispose of your unwanted bulky household goods at the Nambucca Waste Facility.
