According to the table published in the past hour, there is at least one confirmed case of COVID-19 in the Nambucca Valley.
You can see the statistics here.
There is also at least one case in Kempsey, but currently Bellingen remains clear.
At this stage NSW Health has declined to clarify whether there is just one, or more cases in the Nambucca. We will be following this up, and will update the community as soon as we know more.
There are now 14 confirmed cases in the Mid North Coast Local Health District after a female in her 70s and a female in her 60s tested positive after returning from overseas.
The 70-year-old woman is self-isolating in her home, while the woman in her 60s is currently in hospital.
As at 8pm on Wednesday, March 25, there have been 1,219 confirmed cases in NSW.
