Whether you want to improve your health, feel happier, more balanced and most importantly more connected our Wellness Centre is available for senior members of the community to enjoy the benefits of a weekly program or on a casual basis.

Through creative, physical and social activities, you can stimulate the lymphatic system and the hormones that support your mood and wellbeing.

Come as little or as often as you like.

Join the Autumn Program where you can try creative art therapy, art making, join the choir, garden in small spaces, or play in the table tennis social round robin, indoor croquet, talks and presentations, technology workshops, creative writing or play a board game or two.
