The force of the collision caused one car to continue its trajectory into a nearby house, pushing it a foot back off its stilts.
Nambucca Heads and Bowraville Fire and Rescue crews attended shortly after and helped one of the three people involved in the crash to exit their vehicle safely.
She, along with two other males were then treated at the scene by local paramedics before being taken to hospital by ambulance for checks.
It is not yet known if any injuries were sustained in the crash.
Two residents in the house were evacuated by firies and temporary accommodation has been found for them.
Essential Energy workers attended to shut off power to the house, and Council workers also attended to shut off the water after a main was damaged in the crash.
Fire and Rescue personnel diverted traffic around the crash scene while others cleaned up an oil spill.
After analysis of the structural integrity of the house, both cars were removed from the scene.
Police attended and are still investigating to determine the cause of the crash.
