Writing monologues is the key to writing powerful fiction - and the focus of a two-day workshop on February 22 and March 14.
There will be input from well-known director, actor and writer Anne Joyce and much admired actress Helen Kirkpatrick will be performing a monologue by playwright Carrolline Rhodes.
This script will be deconstructed which will provide a powerful lesson in structure, followed by a question and answer session with Helen and Carrolline.
There are many other aspects to the workshop, which includes a fully catered lunch both days.
The venue is Faringdon Village Community Hall (behind the Plaza Shopping Centre) from 9.30am to 4pm.
The cost is $150, payable on booking a place. Request a brochure or book your place: carrollinerhodes@gmail.com.
