In fact the pressure of competition clearly suited many of the Nambucca Neptunes with 34 PBs recorded - two-thirds of the total events entered by the squad.
This meet sits just under the Country Championships and gives swimmers a chance at competing outside their area. Swimming North Coast athletes went in force to Woy Woy - 53 swimmers from the Tweed to Forster entered 370 events.
Congratulations go to Asha Searle who walked away with two golds, a silver and a bronze. Kosh Searle also won a silver and bronze medal.
The Clarks were clearly in the zone: Courtney outpaced the field to win two golds and two silvers, while Brayden went home with two silvers and a bronze.
Sumah Robins was taking the dais for her two silvers while her Dad was back home taking the stage to receive his own award - Nambucca Valley Citizen of the Year.
And Montana Ward clocked up some great times and took away a bronze medal for her efforts
