The 20-year-old woman had lost control on the slippery road surface and collided with a tree.
She sustained a significant injury to her right arm and was taken to Macksville Hospital for treatment.
RFS attended, spreading saw dust on the road to reduce the surface hazard.
Car rolls at Macksville
Emergency services were called to a single vehicle accident on Saturday afternoon at Macksville.
It is alleged the driver of a south bound car on the Pacific Highway lost control causing the car to skid into the centre medium and roll onto its roof.
The driver and his three passengers were able to free themselves but later taken by ambulance to Coffs Harbour Health Campus for observations.
Police are await for the results of medical tests before any pending action is taken.
Double assault
Police arrested a 19-year-old man in Nambucca Heads on Friday night following a family dispute in which a 50-year-old man was assaulted and a 24-year-old man sustained minor injuries to his arms.
The 19-year-old was charged at Macksville Police Station with being armed with intent commit indictable offence, contravene AVO, assault occasioning actual bodily harm and common assault.
He was released on bail to appear before Macksville Local Court on February 6.
Breach of AVO
A 22-year-old man was arrested in Bowraville on Monday morning following investigations related to a breach of an AVO that had occurred the previous day.
The man was charged at Macksville Police Station with the offence and released on bail to appear before Macksville Local Court on February 20.
