The aim of this project is to encourage those players (and those wanting to learn) aged between 20 and 50 years to pick up the racquet and start playing again.
Nambucca Tennis Club will be holding free one-hour sessions at 4 pm on the Saturdays of February 8, 15, 22 and 29.
Did you know, according to the latest research people who play tennis will live an average of about 9.7years longer than others?
They promise lots of fun and games leading up to some friendly social tennis for all players of different abilities.
Then afterwards joining the rest of their club's social players for eats and drinks.
The club has all the equipment necessary including racquets.
