Nambucca Valley's reservoirs have been given a clean bill of health by NSW Health following the first water tests since Christmas.
The General Manager Michael Coulter said the results (see image above) for coliforms and E.coli show the quality of the dam water, which is now in the reticulation shire's, is as clean as the water from other shire reservoirs.
Samples were tested by the NATA accredited laboratory.
* NATA (National Association of Testing Authorities) accreditation formally recognises facilities that meet the competency requirements to produce reliable technical results for a particular test method.
He also said the rain that fell over the weekend was not enough to improve bore water flows.
