The venue is Coronation Park, and the fun will kick off with a kids disco from 6-7.30pm on Sunday, December 22.
This will be followed by an outdoor movie screening of the G-rated A Nightmare Before Christmas.
The event is the brainchild of the Nambucca and Valla Chamber of Commerce, the Nambucca Valley Tourism Association and the local Lions Club.
Entry is just $5, with all proceeds going toward the local Rural Fire Service.
Food will be available, with the Lions Van and the Nambucca Strikers canteen cooking up a storm.
This is a strictly no alcohol event and all you need to bring are some chairs and rugs to enjoy a movie night under the stars.
