One thing organiser Vanessa Sanger is proud of is the platform the Muster provides for lesser-known and emerging talents in the scene, alongside the big ticket names.
Trinity Woodhouse is one such emerging talent who Golden Guitar-winner Amber Lawrence has said "plays great guitar, and sings with ability well beyond her years".
Trinity is a 16-year-old singer/songwriter/guitarist from the Hunter Valley whose passion for music is shown every time she steps on the stage.
She connects with the crowd through honest lyrics and strong, clear vocals and has co-written many songs with the likes of Allan Caswell, David Carter (Carter and Carter), Roger Corbett (The Bushwhackers) and Troy Kemp.
"Trinity Woodhouse is a young girl with a big future. A confident singer and guitarist, she is as country as they come. Her song that she wrote with Allan Caswell about the loss of her horse, Sandy, was one of the most honest and heart wrenching songs I have heard in a long time," David Carter said.
Trinity said she enjoys writing songs as it gives her a release and a way to connect with people in the audience. She writes so that the people listening can relate and get to know her at the same time.
Trinity attended the CMAA Junior Academy of Country Music in 2017, where she co-wrote her first song with the legendary Allan Caswell.
Last year she released that song as her debut single 'Me and Sandy', which has been well received by all who hear it since its release.
'Me and Sandy' charted at number 62 on the Country Singles chart on iTunes on its release day. It later charted for 6 weeks in the official Tasmanian charts, reaching as high as number 18.
Trinity has been mentored by Lyn Bowtell, a seven-time Golden Guitar Winner.
"Trinity is without a doubt one of the hardest working young singer / songwriters I have ever worked with! She is a very talented young lady with a great natural ear, very strong, yet sweet alto voice and is growing into a very confident performer. She plays her acoustic guitar with quiet command and has a deep love of country music," Lyn said.
Further guidance has come from David Carter, Jayne Denham, Ashleigh Dallas, Allan Caswell and Roger Corbett at the Junior academy.
Trinity has also supported many artists including Travis Collins, Amber Lawrence, Allan Caswell, Carter and Carter, and Catherine Britt.
See her onstage at the Macksville Music Muster from March 12-15.
