So save the date - Thursday, December 12, as this will be a celebration to unite the community and to delight all ages.
The main street - Bowra St - will be closed to traffic on the day from 5.30pm to 9pm.
And while cars will be on the outer - the main drag will burst to life with a jumping castle, merry go round, face painting, a kids disco, school singing, dancers, rock n' rollers, the youthies and street food.
Locally made craft will be on hand and there will be a great chance to win yourself a ham from the local Lions Club.
Plus, the big fella in the red and white will be there to help everyone get their jolly on.
Come and enjoy the festival atmosphere with all local shops opening on the night - with some great Christmas gift ideas.
Getting too and from the festival couldn't be easier, if you are unable to come to town by private vehicle. The Nambucca RSL and Nambucca Leagues and Sport Club are supplying their buses to help with transport and parking. Catch the bus for a gold coin donation. There will be picks-up available from Nambucca Plaza from 5pm and Coronation Park at the bottom of the Leagues Club, also from 5pm. The bus will go via the Nambucca RSL.
This event has been made possible through the efforts of the Nambucca Heads Lions, Nambucca Valley Tourism Association, and Nambucca Heads and Valla Chamber of Commerce.
The core organising group has also enjoyed the backing of Nambucca Shire Council and the Nambucca RSL Club. A big thanks to all involved.
