"Our crews are in the process of repairing individual customer faults," a spokesperson said.
She said that more than 300 personnel worked through the weekend, replacing power poles destroyed by the fires still burning across the north coast.
As at 6pm last night (Monday) 600 bushfire affected customers were without power across the north coast.
Conditions permitting, power will be restored progressively throughout this week, with majority of homes and businesses having the lights back on by the next weekend.
Essential Energy continues to work closely with the Rural Fire Service. Crews are grateful for the community's support and patience as they work through the areas that need repairs.
