Police arrested a 35-year-old woman in Nambucca Heads on Monday after she allegedly attempted to run over a 46-year-old man who was riding a bicycle.

The man escaped injury however his bicycle was left in a mangled state.
The woman was charged at Macksville Police Station and later released on bail to appear before Macksville Local Court tomorrow (Thursday) for: driver of motor vehicle menaces another with intent, destroy/damage property and breaching an AVO.
Minor with knife arrested
A 15-year-old boy was arrested in Bowraville on Monday after breaching his bail conditions.
He was also found to have custody of a knife and possession of house breaking implements.
He was charged at Macksville Police Station and was later released to appear before Macksville Children's Court tomorrow (Thursday).
Licence suspended
On Sunday evening oolice arrested a 43-year-old driver on Link Rd, Nambucca Heads following a positive RBT.
The woman underwent a breath analysis at Nambucca Heads Police Station and returned a mid range PCA of 0.089. She was issued a licence suspension and a Court Attendance Notice to appear before Macksville Local Court on November 28.
Domestic assault
Police arrested an 18-year-old woman on Saturday night in Macksville following investigations related to the domestic assault upon a 49-year-old woman earlier the same day at a Nambucca Heads address.
The older woman sustained facial injuries as a result of the incident. The younger woman will appear before Macksville Local Court on November 21.
