The young man was taken to Coffs Harbour Health Campus by ambulance with an ankle injury.
No formal action will be taken by police against the pedestrian who was deemed to be at fault.
Unlicensed and speeding
Police stopped a vehicle on the Pacific Hwy, Allgomera on Sunday morning after it was detected travelling at more than 45km/h over the speed limit.
Checks on the 20-year-old male driver revealed he had never held a drivers licence. The man was issued a suspension notice and a court attendance notice for the offences and is to appear before Macksville Local Court on November 21.
Arrest after domestic dispute
In the early hours of Sunday morning police arrested a 44-year-old man in Nambucca Heads following an assault upon a 34-year-old woman during a domestic dispute at a licenced premises in the town the previous evening.
As a result of the incident the victim sustained injuries to the right hand side of her face. The man was charged at Macksville Police Station and released on bail to appear before Macksville Local Court on November 21.
Domestic assault
Police arrested a 40-year-old man on October 24 in Bowraville following a domestic assault and the intimidation of a 44-year-old woman during a number of incidents since October 21.
As a result the victim sustained injuries to her face and shoulder. The man was charged at Macksville Police Station and released on bail to appear before Macksville Local Court on November 7.
