The NSW Government will invest over $678,000 upgrading and maintaining local community facilities and reserves in the Oxley electorate.
Member for Oxley Melinda Pavey said the funding is part of the Crown Reserves Improvement Fund.
"Crown land is for the people of NSW to use and to support organisations that assist our communities," Ms Pavey said.
Other projects to benefit from the latest award of grants include the Wauchope and Kempsey Showgrounds, the Raleigh Hall, the Bellingen CWA, and rock revetment work at the Bellinger Heads State Park.
"The Goanna Trail walking track, between Wakki Beach at Scotts Head to Middle Head Beach in Kempsey Shire, will see $33,000 put towards track design, interpretive signs and a brochure, and weed control," Ms Pavey said.
Ms Pavey said the local funding is part of $16.5 million being invested statewide through the Crown Reserves Improvement Fund to upgrade and maintain facilities and reserves on government-owned land to benefit the community and environment.
