Police are investigating an aggravated break and enter by four armed offenders at the Macksville Ex-Services Club on Sunday about 12.30am.

The offenders gained entry after smashing the glass doors to the club before ransacking an office and stealing a small amount of property.

High range drink drive
On Sunday around 8.30pm a 38-year-old driver was stopped in Nelson St, Nambucca Heads, due to his manner of driving.
The man was arrested after he returned a positive RBT. He underwent a breath analysis at Macksville Police Station and returned a high range PCA of 0.327.
The man was issued a licence suspension and a court attendance notice with a date yet to be fixed.
Drink/drive and speeding
Police stopped a car on Giinagay Way, Nambucca Heads, on Sunday morning for speeding and not displaying P-plates.
The 19-year-old driver was arrested following a positive RBT and underwent a breath analysis at Nambucca Heads Police Station. She returned a mid range PCA of 0.082.
The woman was issued a licence suspension and a court attendance notice to appear before Macksville Local Court on November 7.
Break and enter arrest
On Friday night police arrested a 15-year-old in Macksville following a break and enter in a nearby residence. Further checks allegedly linked the young person to another break and enter in Princess St, Macksville, in August.
The young person was charged at Macksville Police Station and is currently on bail to appear before Macksville Children's Court on October 24.
Arrest following assault
Police arrested a 26-year-old man in Nambucca Heads on Thursday afternoon following the alleged assault of a 42-year-old man and 39-year-old woman in a nearby unit block.
The 42-year-old and 39-year-old sustained extensive facial injuries and were taken to Coffs Harbour Health Campus for treatment. The 26-year-old man was charged at Macksville Police Station and is currently on bail to appear before Macksville Local Court on October 24.
