Five window panels at the cinema, four on the main entrance doors to the Plaza, and one on the southern entry were shattered between 4.30 and 6am on Saturday morning.
Windows were also destroyed at the old MacDonalds building.
"I'm very disappointed that this wanton vandalism continues," centre manager Steve Ryan said.
The same also happened in February with a large number of windows along the northern wing of the plaza destroyed.
Mr Ryan said police who are currently investigating the incident were very prompt in their response.
Most of the windows have now been replaced but one custom window at the cinema needs to be specially ordered in.
"They were here fixing them today. It's annoying because noone got anything out of it, they just ruined everyone's day," an employee said.
Trade was not disrupted at all as a result of the incident.
