Last Thursday police arrested a 25-year-old man outside Macksville Court House after it was alleged to have intimidated a 62-year-old woman.

Domestic Violence
A 26-year-old man was arrested at a Bowraville residence following a domestic violence incident in the early hours of Friday morning.
He has appeared before the Kempsey Local Court and was sentenced to an 8-month Intensive Correction Order.
Intoxicated driver
Police received a number of calls late Friday evening about an intoxicated woman allegedly causing trouble at a licenced premises and public reserve at Taylors Arm.
Police stopped a vehicle on Taylors Arm Rd at around 1.30am, and the 39-year-old driver was arrested after allegedly returning a high-range PCA (0.21)
Police said the woman became aggressive towards them and they were forced to handcuff her before taking her to Macksville Police Station for breath analysis.
She allegedly refused to undertake the breath analysis and was charged with a number of offences before being released on bail to appear before Macksville Local Court on Thursday, September 12.
