The event, a fundraiser for Macksville Hospital, attracted a massive crowd, and when Billie took to the stage for a live cooking demonstration, it was standing room only.
Unaffected by her success, Billie recounted her time in 2015 on the reality cooking show, and kicked off proceedings with Mexican tacos with Thai flavours, using beef cheeks as the protein.
As Billie sliced some red cabbage, she revealed a few nerves about making mayo for the salad as whenever I make it it always splits. She even brought some mayonnaise she had prepared earlier just in case, but there was no need as the latest batch turned out a treat.
The Garden Gala featured a motza of plant stalls, live performance, rides for the young, markets and a varied plate of food vendors.
