Funding for this large party shelter was made possible thanks to monies raised, via your generosity, at the Lions Club Fun Day held at Gordon Park in January this year.
Raffles and obtaining an RSL Clubs grant also went into the kitty with the balance coming from the Nambucca Shire Council.
It is hoped the shelter will be ready for the next school holidays ... a special feature of the new shelter is that tables installed there will be fully wheel chair accessible.
The shelter will be a great asset to the community who have supported Lions in their endeavours to make our community a better place for everyone who lives here, as well as our visitors.
