The South West Rocks Arts Council are taking the community on a journey into the past as part of an exhibition celebrating old photos and memorabilia from a bygone era in South West Rocks.

Denise Taylor from the arts council said, an exhibition of historic photos will be held at South West Rocks Surf Club on Sunday, August 11 between 11am and 3pm.
Many of the photos capture a moment in time from more than 100 years ago and give an insight into how 'The Rocks' developed into the beautiful seaside town of today.
"There are photos of people, places, boats and fish in South West Rocks, Arakoon and Jerseyville for you to look at. You may recognize people and places from many years ago," Denise said.
Entry to the exhibition is by gold coin donation.
