The officers will provide business mentoring, business development and support training for start-ups and established businesses within Bowraville and immediate surrounds.
This group is one of six on the Mid North Coast that has picked up more than $108,000 in funding as part of the latest round of the ETC Community Support Fund.
ETC Board Chair Rod McKelvey said ETC had received many worthwhile applications with a total value of $1.4 million.
Other Mid North Coast recipients include:
Gloucester PreSchool, who intend to add two new classrooms and employ 14 new staff, Nautilus Senior College, so they can purchase a washing machine and dryer for students to have clean, dry clothes and CYC NSW, Taree who want to create an inclusive and innovative space accessible for young people to engage in interaction, education and self-expression.
ETC CEO Jenny Barnett said the successful recipients supported the ETC Community Support Fund vision to reduce disadvantage, generate opportunity, increase support services and/or build capacity in the communities in which ETC operates.
"We are so pleased with the diversity of the recipient organisations that enrich the lives of local people," Ms Barnett said.
