The 39-year-old driver was arrested after he failed a RBT. Everyone was taken to Macksville Police Station, where the man underwent a breath analysis and returned a mid range reading of 0.144.
He was issued a licence suspension notice and a court attendance notice to appear before Macksville Local Court on June 20.
Speeding in CBD
Police stopped a vehicle on Sunday night in Bent St after it was detected speeding in Mann St, Nambucca Heads.
The 27-year-old driver was arrested after he failed a RBT. He underwent a breath analysis at Nambucca Heads Police Station where he returned a mid range PCA of 0.08.
He was issued a traffic infringement for the speeding offence, a licence suspension notice, and a court attendance notice to appear before Macksville Local Court on June 20.
Common assault
On Sunday police arrested a 26-yr-old man at a Bowraville address following investigations related to an assault upon a 25-yr-old woman earlier the same day.
The man was charged at Macksville Police Station and refused bail to appear before Macksville Local Court on June 6 for common assault and breaching an AVO.
Cannabis seized
A 42-yr-old woman was issued with a court attendance notice last Thursday following a vehicle search in which police seized a quantity of cannabis.
The woman will appear before Macksville Local Court on June 20.
Alleged assault
Police arrested a 34 yr old woman in Bowraville on Saturday following an incident in which she is alleged to have assaulted another woman, damaged furniture, and smashed a window at a residence.
The woman was charged at Macksville Police Station and will appear before Macksville Local Court on June 6.
