This production is as much for the Bowraville Theatre Singers themselves as it is for their adoring audience. The performance is called 'Songs we Love to Sing' and promises to have something for everyone.
Two months ago music lovers in Nambucca Valley were treated to a concert by the Bowraville Theatre Singers that captured the imagination of everyone who attended. The pitch-perfect production had everything; the only sad note was that it had to end.
Director of the Bowraville Theatre Singers, Lissa Tardiani and the singers themselves have chosen a collection of the songs they have particularly enjoyed to perform over their many productions and have put them together for this electrifying concert.
The performance will feature songs from musicals, a little jazz, songs of Australia and the classics. If you have ever been to a show by the Bowraville Theatre Singers you already know why their tickets sell out. If you have never been to one of their concerts, come along, you won't believe your ears and you will be calling "encore" by the end.
The box office and the cafe at the Bowraville Theatre open at 1pm on Saturday, May 25 and 26 for the 2 pm shows. All tickets are $15, which can be booked by calling (02) 6564 7279. Remember your booked ticket must be paid for and collected by 1:45 pm on the day of the performance. Please get there early, these concerts do sell out.
