The 107th annual Macksville show started today at the showgrounds with a few hundred people attending to watch the equestrian events and other agricultural displays.
There were food and showbags galore, while in the background the rides were slowly being set up, ready for the Saturday. Also on display were award-winning veggies and other delicious desserts, along with prize-winning animals and farm equipment.
Tomorrow the show enters its second and final day, opening at 10am with the Grand Parade and closing with the Rooftop Express Wild West show, the fireworks display and the always popular demolition derby.
