After the success of the Dog Jump last year, that will be on again on Saturday afternoon with a new category for small dogs.
"Those dogs were jumping up around three metres, which is pretty impressive ... first prize this year is $200," Lee said.
Saturday is also the day for the Farmer's Challenge (entries close on Saturday, April 27) and don't forget the lawnmower races.
Plus of course beef and goat shows, the poultry and the Grand Parade with the show being opened by one-time show director David Ainsworth.
The Rooftop Express Extravaganza is one of the treats that evening, along with the fireworks (8.30pm) and the hot favourite, Demolition Derby.
Friday is dairy cattle day, as well as an Australian Stockhorse feature show. Plus there will be the family camp draft at 3pm.
And for the little ones, Old McDonald's Farm will be making an appearance after a 15 year absence.
The pavilion will be fabulous as always - the theme this year is 'gold' (based on the premise that it is the Year of the Periodic Table!).
And just to remind you of the fun times that have been had, here is a flashback gallery of the 2016 Macksville Show.
