Day two of the Macksville Music Muster kicked off today with locals and visitors from far and wide assembling at the Macksville showground to enjoy some good old classic country music.

Tony Queitzsch from Coffs Harbour has been to more than a few festivals in his time, but he was impressed with the talent on display.
"It's great music, this has already been better than some of the bigger musters I have been to," he said.
The lineup includes homegrown talents and some of the best musicians from around the country.
"The goal was to give a chance to artists who might not have gotten the opportunity to play a muster like this before," organiser and musician Vanessa Sanger said.

There are still two days left to go, which means there is still plenty of time to head on down to the showgrounds.
Saturday 7am to 9am will see the Bush Poets take the Main Stage. 9am to 12pm will have Graham Howle on the Main Stage followed by Brendan Smoother, Dianne Coombes, Rob Breese, Bob Howson and Errol Gray.
1pm to 6pm the Gottani Sisters are scheduled to play on the Main Stage with Paul Crowder, Matt Scullion, Dianne Coombes, Kate Hindle, Steve Passfield, Lach McKay, Glen Albrecht, Larry Cann and Vanessa Sanger. 7.30 to 9.30pm will have the Slim Dusty Tribute band close out the evening.
On Sunday from 9 am to 11 am the Main Show Artists - Gospel section are on the Main Stage. 11am to 12pm will see the Salvo Country Band play the last set of the event.
