‘Hyland Breeze Estate’ will be launched by mayor Rhonda Hoban tomorrow – and after these 13 lots are sold, that’s it – there is simply no more land available for house at the secluded seaside village near Nambucca Heads.
Another first for the estate is that it is Nambucca Shire Council’s first venture in parting with council-owned property for a residential estate.
Hyland Breeze Estate comprises just 13 lots, and it shoulders Deep Creek and the beaches beyond.
Some of the lots have water views.
All lots have underground power, town water and sewer, NBN coverage and street lighting.
Blocks range in size from 539m2 to 922m2.
Hyland Park is a desirable bush and beach location, minutes by vehicle from the CBD of Nambucca Heads.
Mayor Hoban and council members will be on site to open the estate tomorrow at 4pm.
Home builders will be available with house plans per lot if required and to answer any questions from the public.
Staff from Roberts Nambucca Real Estate – the marketing agent for Hyland Breeze Estate – will also be there to answer any questions and have plans and prices available.
