Hers was the only division one entry to match all seven winning numbers in Thursday night's draw, the Lott said in a statement.
Due to the number of entries bought, the division one prize leapt to more than $107 million, the largest individual prize ever in Australian lotteries.
When contacted, the healthcare professional initially thought she had won just $107,000, the Lott said.
"Wait - are you telling me I've won $107 million!? Oh my God! That is just so much money!" she said.
The woman, who bought the entry at random the day before the draw, said she would not retire and would share her winnings with her family and her favourite charity.
