AN INTENSE heatwave is set to sweep across the nation this week, and the Nambucca Valley – no stranger to warm summer days – will not be immune.
South Australia, parts of the Northern Territory, Queensland, New South Wales, Victoria and Tasmania are expected to sweat with high temperatures forecast.
According to The Weather Channel – maximum temperatures will be well into the 30s for the remainder of the week before a cool change moves through on Sunday.
