2018 produced its own story – adding another chapter to the fabled book of ‘nurtured in the Valley, and done good’, as the late Jack Gibson might have mused.
Across this past year there have been success stories across all callings – from the football codes and netball, through to the pool, the track, in the ring, and even with rod and reel in hand.
It’s a celebration – and such has been the steady flow of achievements, it’s forgivable to remember all who have soared.
