The 29-year-old driver was examined by ambulance officers before being searched and questioned by police.
A plastic resealable bag containing a crystal substance believed to methamphetamine was found.
The man was issued a court attendance notice to attend Macksville Local Court with a date yet to be fixed.
Disqualified driver
A 33-year-old man who’s licence is disqualified until 2023 was stopped twice by police this week after he was seen driving in Macksville and Nambucca Heads.
He has been issued a court attendance notice to appear before Macksville Local Court on December 13.
Domestic violence
On November 28 police attended a domestic violence incident at a Nambucca Heads address, arresting a 41-year-old man at the scene.
He was later charged at Macksville Police Station with two counts of common assault offences.
Whilst in custody he was also found to be in possession of stolen property and was charged with goods In custody. He was released on bail to appear before Macksville Local Court tomorrow (Thursday).
