A vehicle stopped by police in Mann St, Nambucca Heads on October 17 for a RBT was being driven by a 28-year-old man, who was unable to produce a drivers licence. Further inquiries showed the man had never held a licence and was disqualified from obtaining one until July 2020. The man was issued with a court attendance notice for driving disqualified and using an unregistered vehicle. He appeared before Macksville Local Court on Monday.

Breach of bail
Police arrested a 19-year-old woman on Friday afternoon in Macksville following investigations related to a family dispute with a 33-year-old woman in Nambucca Heads on two days earlier. The woman was charged at Macksville Police Station with intimidation and breach of bail. She was released on conditional bail to appear before Macksville Local Court today.
