Their work ranges from unique ceramics by Newee Creek’s Sally Hook, the contemporary, abstract paintings of Carol Knight and Sara Wade, to Ships of the Way by Sue Gorrell, made from found objects including those taken from musical instruments.
There’s also Gethin Coles’ beautiful photographs of the Far North Coast, sculpture and figurative art from Adrienne Hmelnitski and paintings and drawings from Pete Gailey and Chris Wilson.
The community is warmly invited to head along and meet the artists on Saturday July 14 from 11am-2pm.
The exhibition will run from Tuesday July 10 through to Sunday July 22 at Macleay Valley Community Art Gallery Gladstone, 5 Kinchela St, Gladstone.
The exhibition will be open for viewing from 10.30am till 4pm, Tuesdays to Sundays.
