I call for all locals to support our little town so we can grow stronger
- Automotive Spare Parts owner Jeneane Donohoe
“After being in business in Macksville for the past 30 years, the general public has supported me through good times and bad,” owner Jeneane Donohoe said.
“A number of major employers have closed over the years, I am very lucky to have the support that I receive.
“I call for all locals to support our little town so we can grow stronger and have more variety here to keep shoppers shopping in our town.”
Jeneane has been steering her business towards today’s success for the past 12 months and employs four staff.
Automotive Spare Parts has a full mechanical workshop and qualified mechanic.
The business offers:

- Brake repairs and
- Windscreens supplied and fitted.
“Automotive Spare Parts is strong in customer service,” Ms Donohoe said.
“Our aim is to keep locals shopping locally.”
The business stocks five brands of oils suitable for all vehicles, farm machinery and motorbikes.
They also have air and fuel filters, batteries, jump starters, spare farm tractor parts, bearings, seals and brake shoes, to name a few of their stocked items.
The Nambucca River Co-operative Society Limited was formed in 1903 as “The Nambucca Dairy Company Limited”, just before the formation of the “Bowraville Dairy Company” in 1905.
Eventually, after almost fifty years of separate work, the two companies merged into “The Nambucca River Co-operative Society Limited”, the name under which the society trades today.
