Earlier the man had run from police during a vehicle stop on Giinagay Way, Nambucca Heads after he was detected driving a vehicle with no number plates attached.
He was charged at Macksville Police Station with the offences of: use unregistered vehicle on road, not display P-plates, resist officer in execution of duty, and not obey direction of police.
He will appear before Macksville Local Court today.
Malicious damage
Shortly after midnight on Tuesday police arrested a 24-year-old man in Wallace St, Macksville following an alleged rampage with the malicious damage of two homes and a vehicle in Macksville following a family dispute earlier the same evening.
The man was charged at Macksville Police Station with three counts of destroy/damage property offences. He was refused bail and appeared before Kempsey Local Court on Wednesday.
Property damage
On Sunday about 2:30pm police placed a 19-year-old under arrest at Macksville Police Station following investigations into a family dispute in which property was damaged at a Nambucca Heads residence.
The man was charged with destroy/damage property and released on bail to appear before Macksville Local Court today.
Licence disqualified until 2030
An RBT check on the Pacific Hwy, Warrell Creek on Tuesday revealed the male driver revealed had his licence disqualified in NSW until 2030.
He was issued a court attendance notice to appear before Macksville Local Court on July 19.
