Reflections Holiday Parks CEO Steve Edmonds said in total 25 of the group’s coastal parks were honoured with an award based on guest satisfaction and thanked the park managers and their teams for their dedication to creating great holiday experiences.
“Listening to and acting upon guest feedback is a priority for all of our parks which are popular holiday destinations within NSW,” Mr Edmonds said.
“We take guest feedback very seriously and I thank everyone at our parks from the managers and front reception right through to the grounds people and housekeeping for their ongoing dedication to customer service which has made these award wins possible.”
Winners of the Guest Review Awards are chosen by Booking.Com based on an aggregation of guest feedback on the site, with those receiving an award holding an overall score of 8 out of 10 or higher across a single year.
Reflections Holiday Parks to receive the award along the Coffs Coast, Nambucca and Bellingen areas included:
Coffs Harbour
Red Rock
Moonee Beach
Corindi Beach
Nambucca Heads
Urunga
Mylestom (formerly North Beach)
Scotts Head
Scotts Head Managers Nathan and Jo Evelyn were thrilled to receive the and said nothing was more important in this industry than delivering great customer service.
“Our entire team works extremely hard to give all guests a great experience during their stay with us and we are pleased to see industry recognition reflecting this,” Nathan said.
“Sometimes all it takes is a simple smile and hello when you are busy to make guests feel right at home.”
These wins based on positive guest feedback come off the back of significant changes coming to parks.
Urunga received 10 premium double slab sites in December last year and also had a complete refurbishment of their reserve amenities last month. Scotts Head received 14 premium double slab sites this year and is also in line to receive a much-improved WiFi service in time for the busy Christmas period.
Mr Edmonds said the innovative new cabin accommodation styles and architecture for guest facilities were the first of their kind in NSW holiday park accommodation and he looked forward to rolling them out across the group for more people to enjoy.
