Macksville morning tea, April 17

Launching for the first time in Australia, National Advance Care Planning Week, from 16 to 22 April, is aimed at encouraging people to start conversations with loved ones about what quality of life looks like to them and what they value most.

MNCLHD will be holding an Advance Care Planning morning tea at the Cancer Resource and Palliative Care Centre at Macksville District Hospital from 10am until 12pm on 17 April 2018.

Staff will provide information about Advance Care Planning, Advance Care Directives and Enduring Guardianship.
