MNCLHD will be holding an Advance Care Planning morning tea at the Cancer Resource and Palliative Care Centre at Macksville District Hospital from 10am until 12pm on 17 April 2018.
Staff will provide information about Advance Care Planning, Advance Care Directives and Enduring Guardianship.
