The two-day Easter Bowl tournament saw men and women tackle the testing layout which is unique in Australia in that the course is basically the entire occupant of an island.
Conditions were testing yesterday as golfers walked and swung their way through the first 18 holes of the single stableford in high humidity.
But the spirits were high as locals and visitors from as far afield as Canada, Brisbane, the Gold Coast, Grafton, Lake Cathie, Newcastle, Campbelltown and Repton chased the prize table.
