Here’s another dose of sweetness to add to your day.
I’ll take my hat off to the kids of the Nambucca Valley (if you’ll forgive my punniness) – your nimble-fingered craftiness has produced one heck of a show, and delighted a first-time Easter hat parade spectator.
It was a veritable fashion extravaganza this week as all the towns in the Shire were graced with magnificent millinery machinations by their local primary schoolers.
Guardian News was part of the paparazzi at Frank Partridge VC Public making sure the fabulous paper fashions will go down in history.
FP Kids excitedly danced around to Hampster Dance and the YMCA, while proud parents watched on.
Bowraville Central had a mufti day, and a visit from a real live Easter bunny.
The Red School stopped traffic along Bowra St as the legion of bunnies hopped along during the middle of the main street’s big sale day.
And the talented St Pat’s kids (and possibly their parents) made some bonnets that would make the fashion houses in Europe blush.
Unfortunately our reporter couldn’t get along to all parades on the day, so a huge thankyou to everyone who sent in photos.
