A 24-year-old man was arrested after a police pursuit on the Macksville Golf Course last Wednesday.

The man was charged with 10 offences including break and enter upon a Macksville business on February 16, and two counts of driving dangerously in police pursuit (under Sky’s Law) including one from Macksville on March 9.
The man was refused bail and appeared before Macksville Local Court last Thursday.
He has since been remanded in custody until his next appearance on April 19.
Information wanted
Police are investigating a child approach incident that occurred last Thursday afternoon on Charlton St, Nambucca Heads.
A man driving a white ute laden with tool boxes allegedly motioned to an eight-year-old boy to come to him. The boy ran and the man allegedly followed him for a short distance before driving west along Short St. Anyone with information is urged to call Crimestoppers on 1800 333-000.

Drugs in undies
Police allegedly seized what is believed to be methyl ampethamines out of a man’s underwear when they stopped his vehicle along Riverside Drive on Monday.
They also seized cash, mobile phones, and a number of power tools.
The man was charged at Macksville Police Station with offences related to drug possession, drug supply, and suspected proceeds of crime.
He was released on bail to appear before Macksville Local Court on April 12.
Domestic Violence
Police arrested a 28-year-old man in Nambucca Heads this morning after a domestic violence incident.
A 32 yr old woman was alleged to have been assaulted.
The man was charged at Macksville Local Court with the offences related to common assault and breaching an AVO.
He will appear before Macksville Local Court on April 12.
Another man was charged with breaching an AVO last Friday at Bowraville address.
The 23-year old man will appear before Macksville Local Court on May 10.
Stolen Property
Property stolen from a Macksville business in February was allegedly discovered on a 37-year-old woman.
Police arrested the woman for a number of offences including shoplifting, fraud, and drug possession.
Whilst in custody police also allegedly located the items suspected of having been stolen from the Macksville break and enter and was charged with possessing the proceeds of crime.
The woman appeared before Macksville Local Court last Thursday and was released on bail until her next appearance on April 26.
